The center also offers programming in 3D printing and prototyping, drone flight training, gaming/e-sports, and fashion entrepreneurship, to name a few. “The Clark Atlanta University family is grateful for Mr. Bell’s generosity during his lifetime, and we are particularly glad to have his family and business honor him in a way that represents the innovation and entrepreneurship that were the hallmark of his life and career, says George T. On Tuesday, September 2, Clark Atlanta University officially opened the Robert H. “Bob” Bell Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurial Development (CEID). The CEID was made possible by a $3 million gift presented in memory of Robert Bell by the Bell family and the Cheatham Foundation in memory of its founder—a former Georgia State senator, philanthropist, and long-time CAU supporter.
